Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel - Alanya

Friendly staff and good location close to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The inclusive breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The hotel also had a nice pool area with a bar.

The food options for lunch and dinner were lacking, and many dishes seemed repetitive and low quality. The noise from the nearby street was also quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.

You can eat at One love reggae bar, which is set 800 feet away from the property. We liked kleopatra royal palm. The free WiFi was here available...

Single male guests are not accepted, I see this first time on Booked.net, a little weird for such a hotel.

The hotel had a lovely pool area, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for easy access to the nearby beach. the food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. it was a great holiday experience with many enjoyable moments.

There were some downsides to the hotel. the air conditioning system was a bit inconvenient since it only worked when you were in the room, and the lack of entertainment was a little disappointing.

Merhaba - The food was good in quality and quantity for the first week but became less so until there was little choice by the end of our stay. The room was a good size with decent size shower, cleaned regularly and to a good standard. The bar, restaurant and portering staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We moved 3 times in the first day and a half before we got what we had booked. We asked for a sink plug and never got one. The "local alcohol drinks" were supposed to include brandy - there was none. Also included was white wine which often ran out for 2-3 days at a time. There were 2 coffee vending machines one of which broke so the working one was carried each day after breakfast to the pool bar, then back again. The managers ate as a group in the restaurant every meal time but never asked the guests their views. Entertain-ment was non existent - the same disco music was played over and over again as loud as possible every day. No clearly displayed information posters, ie: mealtimes, Turkish night, etc.

Location wise the hotel is conveniently located about 20 meters from the beach and only a 10 minute walk to Gumbet's city center. Dolmus's pass regularly up the street from the hotel (approx 3 min walk) making Bodrum easily accessable as well. The hotel itself is very accommodating to its guests, having 2 lovely pools and breakfast, lunch and dinner inclusive. A majority of the staff are very helpful and are there to help with any queries or services that may be required. I extend a special "thank you" to all staff, especially the kitchen staff who work so hard throughout the day and still have big smiles on their faces! Tesekur ederim!
